AllGo AI provides AI agent systems and workflow automation services. The scope, pricing, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate agreement between AllGo AI and the client.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are stated prior to purchase. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@allgoai.org with any billing concerns.
All content on this website, including text, design, and code, is owned by AllGo AI unless otherwise stated. Deliverables provided to clients as part of a service agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
AllGo AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free or suitable for all purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
